Mr. B.C. Prabhakar B.A., B.L., is a practicing advocate in Trial Court, High Court, Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals for the past 50 years. He renders legal advice in the areas of Employment laws, Human Resource Management, Compensation & Benefits, ESOP’s, Employment Contracts, Financial matters, Corporate Law etc.
He is president of Karnataka Employers Association, the first and leading employers association in Karnataka. Mr. B.C. Prabhakar has effectively represented before the National Forums and International Forums including ILO ( International Labour Organization) both in India & Abroad. He has the distinction of attending the Indian Labour Conference for the past 12 years.
